I was napping until I had a headache. I made cream puffs and while it didn't turn out as well I hoped, it was a welcome distraction. Cloudy skies make me feel sleepy.

85*365 Grateful-Introspect
Quiet moment of peace as I look back on the things that happened today. I keep realizing that I am indeed, blessed.

84*365 Grateful-おこのみやき
Breather on a Sunday. I wore a dress to church today and it felt quite nice, really. Naps, dinner with the family, working on my dragonfly sampler, and The Mummy Returns. Simple pleasures.

Good food makes me happy. Baking good foods come in second.
Butterscotch Brownie. :)

Watched a movie called Koi Suru Madori (Tokyo Serendipity) with Aragaki Yui, Matsuda Takashi and Kikuchi Rinko. A very beautiful movie. Very heartwarming. It's actually pretty slow but I like it. There are no abrupt transitions so to speak; each scene hanging a few seconds longer than normal. But it's nice, it's... it feels homey and heartfelt. It was lovely.

Been busy doing a few things; being busy is good. I started doing a sampler to keep me occupied. I've been at it since I got it early this afternoon until late in the evening. I'm a sucker for needle works and threads and gorgeous patterns. :)
And oh, it's a really cold night, a clear sign that Summer's about to end.

Close To Famous-Joan Bauer
A good book to keep me company on long summer days. I especially love her book, Hope Was Here.

79*365 Grateful-Little Fella
Doing my morning stretches and I noticed this little fella perched on top of the soon-to-be sunflower. I love summer. ♥

78*365 Grateful-Frustrated Knitter
I wanted to knit a scarf and started watching videos to help me how to knit. I still have yet to learn how to do the second row onward but I think I made progress. Not bad.

76*365 Grateful-Chipped and Worn-out
My favourite mug. It's chipped and old but I love the earthy colours. One of my most simplest pleasures. :)
Cold and quiet Saturday morning and a cup of mocha. Summer's almost over, huh? Grateful for little quiet moments.

Olympus E-520 | Olympus Zuiko Digital 40-150mm f/3.5-4.5
Who knows what you'll find when you step out the door and be still for a while? This little fella was nice enough to sit still and let me take pictures of him. Broken but still flying.

Melon Waffles (Watermelon, Melon, Cantaloupe, Caramel Syrup, Whipped Cream and Waffles) with Green Tea Kiwi Infusion. Lovely. :)
73*365 Grateful-The Tea Story
FUJI Finepix V10
Wandering around downtown and eating desserts for lunch sure is sweeter when you've written the final exam and have the rest of the summer days for yourself. :)
A contemporary little cafe in Osborne called The Tea Story.

72*365 Grateful-Windy Day
Rain, sunshine, and wind all in one day. The rush of the wind rippling my hair makes me happy. With lectures over and a final exam left to write for tomorrow, I can finally have the remaining days of summer back. :)

71*365 Grateful-Bored
Ah. Today was... unexpectedly boring. But one thing that I'm grateful for is this air freshener that I have in my room. It just smells wonderful. :)

Japanese Pavilion.
The Japanese Pavilion returns to Folklorama 2011 and it's in my old High School.
Pictures from last night.
My kakigoro, lemon-lime! :D
The Hinode Taiko. The highlight of my night.
